The preliminary budget functions as a cost model and, along with the schedule, help to focus and monitor project decisions. As plans are completed and cost decisions made, we compile the information and incorporate it into the budget.
Our quality assurance manager, project manager, and superintendent are fully responsible for the coordination and review of the project documents and site conditions to determine constructability.
