Scheduling: We use Microsoft Project as our primary scheduling software, which is used to illustrate project manpower, equipment resources, and cash flow forecasts.
Constructability Analysis: Our team reviews the plans, checking for potential construction issues and evaluating alternatives, and develops a construction plan.
Cost Control: The preliminary budget functions as a cost model and, along with the schedule, help to focus and monitor project decisions. As plans are completed and cost decisions made, we compile the information and incorporate it into the budget.
Quality Control: Our quality assurance manager, project manager, and superintendent are fully responsible for the coordination and review of the project documents and site conditions to determine constructability.
